Spare Parts Manager- Forbes NSW
Roylances Tractor Replacements is a professional and successful third generation family business that offers employees a challenging and enjoyable working environment. We are currently looking to grow and develop our Spare Parts division and employ a proactive Parts Manager at our head office in Forbes.

Our Spare Parts team is rapidly growing and we aim to deliver a proactive approach, delivering a good attitude. The successful Spare Parts Manager will be required to lead our team and deliver growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be leading a growing team. You will play a vital role in encouraging productivity, motivation and high performance within your team, whilst ensuring high standards of safety and quality service.

To achieve this you will need to:
• Execute, communicate and demonstrate the correct Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Liaise with Management to set and follow attainable and measurable parts sales and profit goals
• Manage and guide your team for all customer support issues and provide solutions to exceed customer expectations
• Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system
• Provide sales and service of parts in both counter sales and workshop parts co-ordination ensuring excellent service delivery
• Identify and develop sales opportunities including promotional activities
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and on call
• Management of credits for wrong, short supplied and damaged parts
• Parts sell price / GP setting and control
• Group inventory ordering, management and control

About You: 
• Previous experience in the Agriculture or the Automotive industry is ideal but not a necessity
• Minimum 2-3years’ experience in similar role
• Strong background in parts sales and parts interpretation
• Focus on providing high quality customer service
• Have a confident and professional communication style
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong leader with a hands-on approach
• Well versed in Microsoft Office programs
